OUR WEAVING

Our weaving mill is defined by the excellence and circularity of its production processes.
The investment in machinery is carefully planned and strengthened year after year, constantly renewed to ensure optimal performance at all times.

The machines operate in fully climate-controlled environments, equipped with air filtration systems that minimize dust, ensuring ideal working conditions.
We have 70 looms equipped with dual control units for managing both product and data, connected directly on-board and managed by a single, powerful central control unit.

Our extensive network includes both Dobby and Jacquard looms with varied configurations ranging from 350 to 19,546 threads. This diversity allows for the creation and production of a wide range of fabrics and designs.
The weaving area is organized into departments, allowing us to optimize the workflow by creating homogeneous zones for each product type.
There is also a dedicated department for prototypes and samples, accessible only to authorized personnel, to ensure that each project is handled with confidentiality and care.

We have a dedicated storage area for GOTS and GRS certified yarns, as required by regulations, to ensure the quality and sustainability of the materials we use.
Another strength of our company is the waste management system. Separate collection of all types of waste in the different weaving rooms, along with warping waste, is strictly managed and disposed of according to environmental regulations, contributing to the improvement of the environment.
